  • How is the culture thing going to work?

I'm curious about this because, just from thinking about it, i can see how culture my convert a city, but when in history has it ever converted a military post? Not only that, but a border town with a lot of military units should have broader boarders than a border town with a lot of culture....
"Mal nommer les choses, c'est accroître le malheur du monde" - Camus (thanks Davout)

"I thought you must be dead ..." he said simply. "So did I for a while," said Ford, "and then I decided I was a lemon for a couple of weeks. A kept myself amused all that time jumping in and out of a gin and tonic."

In the past military commanders switched sides. Today, a traitorous general can order a worthless suicide mission. His motive can be cash or love of another country's ideals (culture).
