The building I was referring to? No, it's just a graphics glitch.

I'm pretty sure the buildings in the water is just a bug. The game has still got quite some time in development ahead.

Nice detail work on the terrain buildings. (Or is it "just" a higher detail setting?)

The city names look custom to me. I did not see any historical ones on the new screenies.
              Seriously. Kung freaking fu.

Yes we'd better hope that these names are custom

whats the make on the colored dots on the left side of the flags?

Settlers was red, units in the city white

                    maybe to do with activity?

                    EDIT
saw a different screenie where the flag had multiple dots

so maybe the difference will be experience

                    vet/elite...etc

I bet it's whether the unit has MP's remaining. Multiple dots if you have a stack of multiple units.

We came out of the E3 demo impressed, but also brimming with questions. Thankfully, senior producer Barry Caudill was happy to indulge us.

new article (I think maybe), not a great article but new(maybe), I'm somewhat disheartened in that missionaries can't travel more freely but I imagine it has to be that way to properly balance the religion play.

There were different city views for different civs in Civ3, European, middle eastern or far eastern. Also, city views changed as the game advanced to the next era. Does anyone know whether we're going to have different city views in civ4?

I do not see why that would change.
