Well, we can be resonably sure that the first x-pack will contain bug fixes, scenarios and more civs that no one really wanted in the original game (think of it as a celebrity b-list ). And it will of course contain the multiplayer feature that wasn´t included in the original game for, ehrm, technical reasons...

The second x-pack will probably be more of the above and some added features vital to non-boring gameplay

Units in Civ should be able to be built like characters in The Sims, but it should be simpler because the units aren't as big.

Basically for leaderheads you start with a facial shape. You make the face what color you want. Add facial hair as desired. Maybe ears and maybe noses could be chosen independantly of the basic facial shape. Choose hair color, hair length, hair style, and headware. Could add tattoos if desired, maybe scars. Eye color I wouldn't bother with.

Expansion pack civs are ones that some people wanted but most people didn't care much about, including the designers.

I think I'll wait until the main game is released before I contemplate an add on pack. Not a big fan of those in the first place really, if its that important it has to be added to one of them, it should have been in the game in the first place!

Exactly, it´s just a nifty way to charge us extra for bug fixes...
