Where is the list for culture?

Forgive my ignorance, but I can't seem to find the list for culture. Where has it gone?

Thanks. Oddly enough, when I clicked this link yesterday it opened up the "Combat" list.

Probably because you went on the original List directory, not version 2. So don't worry, you're not crazy
