It seems that Uber posted this same message only hours before me... and I didn't even notice it. Verrrrry sorry.
I wonder if the terrain concept should be totally revamped in CIV IV. If you look at the world, you'll see that the general altitude of a region defines a lot (take the steppes of Spain, for instance). I'm thinking something along the lines of Sim City- different levels with features on top of them. This would also allow more strategy in combat and make the world generally more interesting. What do you think?
