Hi!

It is not played civ in *2 years but decided I'd like to make a mod. I just need a jog along with my memory... where is the world builder and how do I get started in making a map? I use to do a lot of this in Civ2 9apps Lucky Patcher but never tried it in civ 4.

Start a Civ 4 game and press the "escape" key. A menu will pop up and on that menu is an item called "World builder". Select World builder!
