How to see what the AI is doing?

I am trying to test out some modifications to the AI settings for a scenario, and I want to see what the AI is doing. How do I look into the AI's cities to see how long it will take them to grow in size and produce units. And how to I see their Financial screens. I need to see how much money the AI has and how much of it is being spent on city maintenance and inflation.

Is there a way to do this? I cant seem to do it in the world building.

Give yourself a spy in each AI city you want to see.

I don't know that you can ever see the F2 screen. But, you can do the math from seeing the city screens.

Easiest way is to enable cheatmode. Then press ctrl +z and you gain veiw of the entire map.
