WorldBuilder: includes using the in-game WorldBuilder and editing the WBS file
XML: copying XML and building a mod by editing the XML
Python: creating scripts, etc. using Python
DLL: editing the DLL files
it depends: it simply depends on what you're trying to accomplish. if you vote for this, i'd love it if u elaborated a little more in a post
idk and idc: u aren't sure, you don't care, or u just aren't a modder
