You are stuck playing against the retarded AI in this game. Every game is just the same crap over and over. Get way ahead after only two ages, restart, rinse and repeat. Even changing AI maintainence costs to 0 hardly made a difference. Anyone know how to make it so that you play all of the civs in one game?

If you want to play against all the civs in one-game, you need to alter the Gamecore.DLL file... not exactly the easiest if you're new to modding... but there are pre-changed mods out there that do this for you. You might give the Wolfshanze Mod a try, as it allows you to play against all 30+ civs in a single game/scenario.Wolfshanze Mod: for BtS... adds "flavored Civs", coal-fired navies, WWI units, plus Poland, Austria & Vietnam to Civ4! -
Do you want to play, as a player, all the civs? If so just start a MP hostseat game.
If you want all of them in,n run a custom game and add every civ in.Clash of Civilization team member
(a civ-like game whose goal is low micromanagement and good AI)

You can't play more then 18-civs at once (on the map) with the default Gamecore.dll. You MUST alter/change the gamecore.dll to play more then 18 civs at a time.Wolfshanze Mod: for BtS... adds "flavored Civs", coal-fired navies, WWI units, plus Poland, Austria & Vietnam to Civ4!Comment
