    I'd like to modify some traits that seem to "weak" for me.

    I'd like to have the free promotions from AGR and PRO apply to all unit types, including siege and ships... how could i do that ? (that's the main thing)

    Other :

    FIN : x2 for market, bank, drugstore and supermarket +1 from merchants
    SPI : x2 for cathedrals, monastrys, No for fighting a civ with same religion. +1 from priests
    ORG : x2 for national wonders (why not?), +1 per specialist
    PRO : x2 for archeology shields, advanced shields, bunkers... (i like the next war mod) +1 exp from instructers
    CHA : remove +1 from munument and radiotower, and simply give it a +2 all the time. x2 for Prison, Security-agency, intelligence agency (the spy buildings, don't know their exact english name)
    CRE : add +10% +1 from artists
    IND : add +10% +1 from engeneers
    IMP: free upkeep for 2 units per city
    AGR : x2 for airport, "horse-caserns" (sorry, don't know the english word for that), cloning facility (next war mod), biowar facility (next war) +1 exp from instructers
    PHI: x2 for observatory, laboratory, +1 from scientists
    ACC: (don't know the english name of that trait, it's the one with free ) x2 for aqueduct, recycling center, +25%fishing boat

    Well... that's it. I'd like you to explain me how to do the first changes (free promotions to all units) over all, the other ideas are juste here to discuss, not ideas i actually think of they would be great.

    PS: Thought about three new traits :
    NOU: Nourrisher +1 on each tile with 3 (no mistake about 3 even if FIN does with 2 )
    WOR: Worker +1 on each tile with 3 (same thing)
    WAH: Workaholic +1 free specialist for each 2 specialists.
