  • n00b seeks help with final frontier

    Hi

Not sure whether this should be posted here or in general ? Anyway ...

I just bought BTS and have started a game of final frontier straight out of the box. Units and tech tree look cool, as does the concept - reminds me of playing the civ2 "Master of Orion" Mod that came out with "Fantastic Worlds" all those years ago.

However, I just do not understand the way the cities work as far as which solar systems are the best ones to settle, how they grow and so forth. The city interface screen does not seem to indicate how you "work" planets or plots like civ4 vanilla does in the city screen.

Anyway, I was wondering if there is an update or further mod which gives you a city interface that actually shows that sort of info ? If anybody could post some general tips for how to play this mod that would also be much appreciated.

    Thanks

will do my best to reply

growth is based on buildings, most is one per planet..
the more planets you get the more buildings built..of course

you have to click the planet you want to work, click the check mark to build new structures there
and change the pop count too....not too sure what order

still playing my first SP game

I thought I was able to tright click the sysytem, and it showed a brief over view of the system...not sure
anti steam and proud of it

CDO ....its OCD in alpha order like it should be
