AAARGH! Please help with Worldbuilder!

Greetings.

I am trying to make a scenario based on an idea I had for an alternate history book.


World Builder is being most unhelpful.

Basically, I want to use the Huge World Map like on "Earth 18 Civs," But I want Civs that aren't on that map, or on any map I can find like it.

How do I
a) Get a World Map I can use
b) Add Civs to the map,
and c) Change Unique Units?

I can't find any way to do these.

Does ANYBODY know how to at least add a civ?

To add/change civs you need to open the world builder save file in notepad (or other non-Word text editor) and manually modify the settings.
