I'm trying to find how to change the culture percent of a city.
BAsically I want to make it where if you send a worker to a foreign city and execute an 'immigrate' order the worker is added to there city bu the percent value goes up by (1/city pop)% and if you do it enough you can force a culture flip.
I think this can be done in python but I cant see how to change culture in a civ. any help appreciated.
