I'm willing to make a mod for civ IV or rather scenarios of famous battles like WWI, WWII, Napoleonic wars, but I have no clue how. For this I have to create some civilizations for example but I need help....So if someone can give some advice for making a scenario or a link for net of instructions for dummies I will apreciate...thnx
