Hi,
I'm working on a scenario of the world in it's current state, based on the Earth18Civs map.
The scenario is not completed yet, but please give it a look and let me know what you think of it so far.
I'm not sure if I have placed the cities correctly, so if you think anything is too far off from the real location, let me know.
It's playable, but only to a degree, as most cities have no buildings in them yet.
If you just want to look at the map, I'd suggest starting with Indonesia, as it's team0 and the other civs change their state religions in the first turn.
A few quick questions:
-How to prevent change of state religion?
-How to prevent negotiations between two civs? I don't want the Axis of Evil powers to be able to neg. with the USA.
-How to use 2d leader images?
It features the following civilizations:
-Republic of Indonesia (Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono)
includes Vietnam, Kambotcha, Burma, Philipines, etc.
-Republic of India (Manmohan Singh)
-People's Republic of China (Wen Jiabao)
-State of Israel (Ehud Olmert)
-Islamic Republic of Pakistan (Pervez Musharraf)
-Islamic Republic of Iran (Mahmoud Ahmadinedjad)
(includes other "Axis of Evil" rouge states: North Korea, Venezuela, Kuba)
-Japan (Shinzo Abe)
-Commonwealth of Australia (John Howard)
includes New Zealand
-African Union (Denis Sassou-Nguesso)
does not feature Arab/Islamic member states of AU
-European Union (Jaques Chirac)
including Ukraine
-Arab League (Muhammad Hosni Mubarak)
includes Somalia, took President of Egypt as leader.
-Canada (Stephen Harper)
-United Kingdom (Tony Blair)

I took the President of Brazil as leader of the Union, Brazil being the largest SA country.

includes South Korea, Taiwan, northern Iraq, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Puerto Rico.
7 nuclear powers: India, Israel, Pakistan, European Union, United Kingdom, Russian Federation, USA.
+ semi-nuclear power North Korea (one ICBM in Pyongyang).
