Monastery Obselescence

I am interested in changing the advance that makes Monasteries obselete. What do I need to alter to do this?

Also, if you are trying to mod this under Warlords you will find the file isn't present in the original XML files folder...you'll have to copy it across from the original Civ4 ones...
