Adding favourite civics...

Hi there, I've been playing Civ4 since it came out and my mind has turned to modifying, making scenarios etc. I enjoyed playing around which such ideas in Civ2+3 so it's only natural I bring it to the latest...

Basically I'd like to know if it's possible to add favourite civics for leaders, so that they can have more than one? I want to do this because it would add both more realism and personality (I feel) to the historical leaders. For instance, I would like to add theocracy and monarchy to Isabella of Spain and remove Police State as her favoured civic.

Is it possible, and if so, how do I go about it? Thanks for any advice.

The file you want to edit is civ4leaderheadinfo.xml. I've modded it quite a bit and I've changed the favored civic for a leader with it (changed Monty's from Police State to Theocracy). I do not know if it's possible to have more than one favored civic, none of the leaders in the game do.

I do know you can give a leader more than 2 flavors.
