So reading on this site there seems to be a completed SMAC mod for Civ4? Or just certain parts? Could someone direct me to download it? I tried searching with google and the forums and couldn't find what i was looking for. Yes, i'm probably a moron.

You're looking for the C4:AC mod which isn't complete, although certain small parts are available for download. The forum for this mod is currently the AC-Creation forum (as most of the original mod-team members were SMAC(X) modders).
