New Leaders

Would it be possible to add some of the leaders from the official Civ4 scenarios? like adding King George III to England or replacing one of England's leaders with him? i would only want the animated ones

Well, it would be XML editing to create traits, I do not know how to create a animated one, only a static image, I suggest Mod wiki, they have how to set up a civ, and there is a leaderhead helper in there.
