put it in your *publicmaps*-folder under *.../firaxis games/civ4/* or in under your cusom-folder *.../Documents and Settings/#Owner#/my files/my games/civ4/* (i hope it's right, because i have the german windows xp and don't know the english expressions...)
start civ --> single game --> load scenario
have fun!
