  • Anyone working on mods with SDK?

I was just wondering if anyone is working on mods using the SDK and if so what are you working on, how is it going and how you feel about the SDK.

The intention of this thread is to provide everyone with the types of mods we'll be seeing in the future. I look forward to your responses.

Yep, I'm working on some combat modifications. I think I'd prefer to keep it on the low at this point.

      There's also the C4:AC team.

We'll be needing to use the SDK so that the game can recognise some of the basic concepts from SMAC(X). Other than that I can't really give particulars as we haven't yet agreed on what exactly needs to be done in that area yet. Hopefully some of this will be resovled in the meeting on IRC tommorow (7pm GMT). PLUG!

I was wondering if somebody would do something like that. Is there a thread where people have been putting ideas on paper? I'd be curious as to whether this turns into "smac with the civ 4 engine" or smac 1.5 (using resources, culture and other concepts that were introduced in later civs). Personally, I think I'd prefer the latter.

Edit: silly me, now I see the link in the sig. I'll have to read up.
