help with game speeds

It would be great if someone could tell me how i can create a new gamespeed.

I think all you need to do is create a mod with the following files (in the right directories of course) and edit:
CIV4CultureLevelInfo.xml
CIV4GameSpeedInfo.xml

and then also be sure to add new texts to
CIV4GameTextInfos_Objects.xml
and maybe
CIV4GameText_New.xml

Should be straightforward.
