remove barbarian experience cap?

I was just thinking it might be a lot of fun to play a Huge Lakes map as Tokugawa on Marathon/Monarch with only the Conquest victory enabled.

But I would want to remove the 10 exp limit from barbarians.

Anyone know where this setting is?

It is in GlobalDefines.xml

Just open it up in notepad and search for XP.
Animal and Barbarian max xp values can be set there.

Oh and don't forget to give yourself 20 mech inf while you are at it.
