How to open the ingame Console?

I press the Tilde Key ` but the console is not coming up?

Help?

In what screen should I open it?

when the game first starts?

in city mode?

world builder mode?

Ok

I played around and found out how:

In the Options screen once in game you have to enable DEBUG KEYS

Then it comes up with the Tilde Key

This is the way, which I wanted to share with all

The reason I am using is when you enable on the .ini file cheat code (chipotle) you an add gold per player

Im actually using a combo Super size map and then by the time I get spread out and settled in so will other countries and we can have a big old doneybrooke

Gold so I can hang in with a very long game

I only allowed Conquest as an option of winning
