Questions about SDK

I just had a couple of quick questions about the SDK coming out. It appears that there is little info provided on this subject, however I was wondering if anyone knew whether the SDK will ship with an easy to use user interface that will allow novices to edit the game or if it will just be the C++ source code provided. Any other information related to to the SDK is welcome here.
