In the manual, where it describes setting up a custom game, it says that checking the "always war" option means that all players are permanently at war with each other and that there is no diplomacy.
However, in the actual game when you hover your cursor over 'always war' it says that the AI is always at war with the human player, and that is how it actually works. The AI's are not at war with each other.
I imagine that originally the option worked like it stated in the manual, but they changed it to the way it is now either some time before publication or in one of the patches.
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to mod the game so that the 'aways war' option sets the computers against each other also?
