change Bismark colour

I want to change the leader colour, for example i want to change bismark to purple for the borders etc.

How do i do it, i saw an ini file somewhere but i now cant find it, will i do it in there?

You can change a civilization's color in the C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Assets\XML\Civilizations\CIV4CivilizationInfos.x ml. Make a copy of the file, and put it in the
C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Custom Assets\XML directory.

The thing you want to change is the DefaultPlayerColor tag, its pretty straight forward.
