Any1 rewriting Civpedia?

I saw nothing about modifying the Civpedia in the Modiki. I couldn't find out what electricity was doing in the game... that's bad! Neither could I get why I could build many centrals in a same city. Maybe the info is somewhere, but not somewhere I could find it.

Perhaps also about mutual defense (didn't bother to check yet): "why the option of mutual defense wasn't there" for my all-time friend neighbor?





In parallel to user-made mods, any "patch/XPack wishlist" anywhere?

Unfortunately I have almost zero time between work and school or I'd be right on this pulling definitions and explanations right from the forum to add with the civilopedia. At least with Sevo working on the new layout there will be a good base to add to, but noone has posted serious intent to beef up the text yet.
