util to change city names

Could some nice person whip up a program that lets you change/reorganize the city names without having to dig through all the files

Changing city names is really very simple. Just change the names in:
C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Assets\XML\Civilizations\CIV4CivilizationInfos.x ml

and

C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods\XML\Text\CIV4GameTextInfos_Cities.xml

But it probably wouldn't be too hard to make a utility to do this for you.

Did anyone every make a utility to change names in game?

Its easy, go into the city screen and click on the city name on the top. I belive that works, I know I did it a few weeks ago.
