  • [Question] About LAND_WORKED improvement.

    I've come accross IMPROVEMENT_WATER_WORKED and IMPROVEMENT_LAND_WORKED in the CIV4ImprovementInfos.xml.

There are other entries for FARM and MINES and WORKSHOPS... so what are these for? Do they indicate that a worker is currently building something? But what? and how?

I believe these refer to the special graphics used when a citizen from the local city is working the tile (the farm lights up, mines have smoke coming out of them, etc).

If there's a senior citizen somewhere who can't pay for her prescription and has to choose between medicine and the rent, that makes my life poorer, even if it's not my grandmother. If there's an Arab American family being rounded up without benefit of an attorney or due process, that threatens my civil liberties. I think they are for tiles worked without any specific improvements. Little huts for land tiles and fishing boats for ocean tiles.
