  • A few key issues I need to be sure of...Can any expert modders please help?

    Hi guys, at the risk of spamming the forum, I wanted to put forward some specific questions in regards to the mod I am trying to create. My questions are:

    1) In CivicsInfo.xml, it is possible to make a civic grant you a free specialist. Is it also possible to specify WHAT TYPE of specialist it creates and, if so, how?

    2) Again, in CivicsInfo, it is possible to increase the Unhealthiness of a city, but is it possible to directly/indirectly influence the UnHAPPINESS of a city? i.e. can I have a civic which raises/lowers Unhappiness rather than effecting happiness?

    3) Is it possible, in anyway, to make a building Civics dependant? If so, how?

    4) Is it possible to mix and match elements of different XML files? If not, what Python scripts would I need to change in order to allow this?

    5) Is it possible, in any way, to have civics options impact the success chance of spies-in the way the SMAC SE choices did?

    These are the key issues I need to get my head around, and any help any of you can give would be VERY much appreciated-especially from the likes of Trip !
