This is just a note to anyone who may be building a Mod/scn based upon the US civil war. Try to implament the naval portion as well. Its importance to the outcome of the war has been under estimated in most Scn. in the past. For a brief history try this link...

Iron Clads are already in the game and they WERE the primary naval tecnology advancment durring the civil war. And yes I know the Hunly was also quite neat but I dont realy see much desire for primitive subs to be moded in.
