Installation:
Copy the folder Monument v0.2 including the subfolders
to the mods installation folder
(example "C:/Program Files/Sid Meier´s Civilization 4/Mods")
of Civilization 4. Start the game and load the mod
Monument in the advanced options of the main menu.

Provides: +1, +1 per 50% Culture Rate, +2 Culture, +1 Great Artist Rate, 4 free War Chariots with 0/0 exp and special promotions (every Chariot get one of the following promotions: Blitz, Charge, Flanking1, Cityraider1)
Flavian Amphitheatre: (World Wonder)
Provides: +1, +1 per 25% Culture Rate, +2 Culture, +1 Great Artist Rate , 4 free Praetorian with 0/0 exp and special promotions (every Praetorian get one of the following promotions: Commando, Charge, Amphibious, March)
Roman Roads: (World Wonder)
Provides: Bridge Building, +1 Road Movement, +6 Culture , 1 free (India) Fast Worker
KGB: (World Wonder)
Provides: 2 free Spies with Commando promotion, +1 Great Scientist Rate
National Special Force Training Camp: (National Wonder)
Provides: +1 exp in all cities, +1 exp in the city with this National Wonder, 5 free Navy Seals with 0/0 exp and special promotions (every Nayv Seal get one of the following promotions: Commando, Charge, Blitz, Cityraider1, Ambush)
National Travel Agency: (National Wonder)
Provides: +2 in all cities, +2 health in all cities, +2 Great Merchant Rate , +1 free Merchant Specialist, Required to Train Resort Builders, 5 free Resort Builders
Wonder Explanation:
If you build the “National Travel Agency” you will get 5 free Resort Builders. This Resort Builders can construct a “Holiday Resort” improvement on all coast titles. After 6 turns that a jungle feature title will spot on the coast and after 2 more turns the improvement becomes a cottage (all on a coast title!). Tada, you have a new Holiday Village, and after some more turns the Cottage growth to a Hamlet and… and so on.

Windfarms: (National Wonder)
Provides: Build a Windfarm (Windmill) on the City Title, +1 Great Engineer Rate , Required to Train Windfarm Constructors, 5 free Windfarm Constructors (2 on Land and 3 on Sea)
Wonder Explanation:
The Windfarm Constructors can build Offshore Windfarms on all Coast and Ocean Titles and also can build on all Land and Feature Title (e.g. on Desert/Tundra/Snow- or Forest/Jungle/Oasis Titles –[ will not remove the feature title ]- )

National Park: (National Wonder)
Provides: “Build” a National Park (Forest) on the City Title (+50% def. +1 Production, +0.4 Health), +1 in all cities, +1 health in all cities, +1 Great Engineer Rate , 5 free Rangers (3 on Land (Windfarm Constructors) and 2 on Sea (Resort Builders))
Wonder Explanation:
The Rangers can build National Parks (Forests) on every Coast and Land Title. If you place the National Park on a Coast Title without an Holiday Village you will only get a Forest Feature Title on the Coast, with Holiday Village you will get the Forest and a Town.
On Land you will get a Forest and a Cottage on all Terrain even on Snow Titles but expect on Desert Titles – on Desert you will get a Oasis and a Cottage.
If you build your National Park on a Title with a Bonus/Strategic Resource you will get the Forest and the proper Improvement on this Title.

Channel Tunnel: (World Wonder)
Provides: +2 Great Engineer Rate, +1 free Tunnel Constructor
Wonder Explanation:
!BETA: The Tunnel Constructor can build a Tunnel on every Coast Title. So you can connect two continents (or connect to an island) with each other (note: only one title). The Tunnel Constructor placed a Railroad and the “Tunnel Train”(Cargo Space = 20) on the Coast Title. You only will see the Railroad, the Train is Invisible, can’t be seen by the enemy and is Immobile. Now if you go on the Tunnel Title, you are able to cross the coast Title immediately and don’t have to wait one turn after the Load Command (but you still have to wait after the Unload Command). The enemy can’t destroy your Train (and all the Units in it) but if he is abele to destroy the Railroad on the Coast Title you will have to wait one turn at the Load and the Unload Command (should represent some damage on the tunnel…).
(in the next version I will try to implement some kind of teleporter tunnel with two “tunnelunits” so you should be able to cross more than just one title…)

Resources Finder:
Provides: -3 food, -3 gold, 33-times higher chance to detect resources (compared to a mine) can also find OIL
(LATE game Improvement (so it’s not overpowered) – if you found a resource, you should build a mine to replace the Resources Finder)

Reduced the +50% against Armor Units to +15% ; + free promotion combat1+2
