  • Default city name editing

First off, I'd like to apologize if this has come up before, but a search didn't turn anything up.

Basically what I'd like to know is if there is a way of editing the default names for a civilization. If there is (as I suspect) then I'd like to know what file I have to go fiddling with to do it.

I'm aware that I could just change them in game but I'd like to not have to change them every time I play that particular civ (Germany, America, Japan and England are the main four I plan to change).

    Anyone able to help?

Lincoln's Gettysburg address has 226 words, The Ten commandments has 296 words. The US dept. of agriculture's order setting the price of cabbage has 15,269 words

Not the base config file, I checked.

However I did just find them in Assets\XML\Civilizations
I answered my own question, how embarassing.....

and helped with the rest of us

I did this in Call To Power

after 100+ cities in becomes a challenge of sorts

I do like the idea versus Boston1 or Boston2

        Thanks for feedback, btw
