Another new idea that I have no idea how to implement:
Random event: Prohibition: One religion bans the use of any one reasorce (wine for example) for 20 turns, any state with that religion as a state religion will not trade or will stop trading in that reasorce.
Also leads to a new spy mission: Smuggling: import a prohibited reasorce across national borders.
Thoughts?
