What I mean is a reasorce that changes effects with tech changes...
Example: Glass Sand: always visible, with Montheism gives extra happiness for each religious structure, with Optics gives extra research, with Computers gives extra production.
I'm not programmer enough to implement this idea, does anyone think it's possible?
