idiot newbie question

Ok so i'm new. I love the game and the mods make it awesome, here's the thing i downloaded the "mylon" and "slower tech" mod and those i can start without problem. But the "auto missionary" or "airbase" mod which are .rar files i have no idea where to download so they initiate or are active when i play one of those other mods. Any help would be really appreciated.

.rar is an archive file like .zip. You need to extract them with a program like WinRar and then there should be a .txt with instructions about where to put the extracted files. Hope this helps.
