Edit: Actually, y'all probably should go over to the CFC thread for installation instructions, changes, and whatnot before blindly installing it...

Edit again: It's similar to dearmad's mod, actually; the two have some changes in common, and Jaynus specifically credits dearmad for those ideas. The modded version of the game is twice as long with this mod, and as such, lots of things have been adjusted. I'm definitely going to have to have a look at this once they properly implement natural disasters so they can be turned off.
