Translation of CIV4

Hi, great forum. I remember visiting it back in Civilization II.
I'm curious if it is possible to translate CIV4 in other languages than the ones already supported. I opened the fonts files .tga and there aren't any Greek alphabet support. Also even if i manage to edit and add to these files Greek/Cyrillic/etc support i haven't found any game-text files i can translate.
Any help will be appreciated.

Look in the XML files, there's plain text which you can change as you wish.
