I unzipped the rar, and it looks like you have a directory named "Copy of Python" that should probably just be named "Python". I don't know if that python code is supposed to be in there or not, it looks like it still has code in it to create a warrior at every city that is built for player number 1.

That directory wasn't meant to be used. Besides that, the current mod version is now 0.10. Check it out!
