I believe you will need an XML/HTML editor. I have Macromedia Dreamweaver which of course works fine. Otherwise there are utilities on the 'net: http://www.xmlspy.com (that's the one listed in the CivIV XML files as being used by Firaxis). I'm not sure whether you can edit them with a text utility like notepad, but you might try that (but keep the XML extension valid).One of these days I'll make 501 posts, and you won't have to look at my silly little diplomat anymore.
