    right, but its a game and you play 4000 years in about 4 hours

    Well, i think that it may be realistic that you raze it in 1 year, right, but it makes the gameplay and the fun of the game really bad if you ask me...

          Adding functionality to completely new buttons is tricky, that's the most important area I still need to look into. I'm fairly certain it can be done with popups at least (with __eventWBScriptPopupApply), but not so sure for full screens. Might require the SDK.

          Diemar? The same Diemar that wrote the famous CtP1 deity story many, many, many moons ago?

            I had to give up because my comp could'nt hack it anymore.

            Diety in civ4 is very hard. I've finally managed to get a foothold playing diety. I must have tried 16 times now, and now for the first time im survieving.

            Ofcause im playing against 18 computers, so that kinda makes it even thougher

            Can you make a link to the story? If it still exists?

                    yup =- can't wait. This seems to be the most requested mod.


                    Thomas - if ya can't make it a clickable button, can you make it so its a keyboard shortcut, kinda like the mod where you can demolish buildings?

                    how about CTRL + ALT + D(emolish) ?

                      Keyboard perhaps, click on city in cityscreen yes. But i want my gui-button to work!

                        Have you looked at CvScreenUtils.py and ScreenInput.py? There are some notes in there about how to handle events for screens. It looks like it needs a bit of sub-classing and the like, but as Trip says, you've already done the hardest bit!
