Mod Idea (Obsolete Wonder Notification)

I've only played for a few hours, so this may already be in the game somewhere that I didn't notice, but...

How about a mod to let you know when a Wonder you have built has been obsoleted by a discovered technology?

If anyone has any words of wisdom on how to get started with this, I'd be happy to hear them before I start trudging forward blindly.

I'd like a message like that, too. At least I haven't noticed one yet either. :P
Maybe just a small pop up (like so many were in civ3), which would also be nice for religion foundings / world wonders built by other civs.
