Its pissible to rebind keyboard key's?

This is very obvious feature that present in almost every game, but cant find it in civ4.
Will it be added in patch or can someone write mod or explain how do it manually (editing config files)?

Look in:

Assets\XML\Units\CIV4CommandInfos.xml
Assets\XML\Units\CIV4MissionInfos.xml
Assets\XML\Units\CIV4ControlInfos.xml

Just look for anything that has "KB_*". It's not the easiest or most elegant way to remap hotkeys, but it is possible...
