I'm a returning old timer from the Civ I/II and Col I days. I'm hoping Dale or one of the other high end users can answer this.

Is the world builder the same as the Civ IV builder? If not, Is there a dummies guide to creating in Col II?

On a different line ......

Did anybody ever do a "Fantasy set" for the Civ line ?
(IE... Dragons, trolls and such.)

I'm not a world builder expert, but I think it is approximately the same. The C++/python/xml is approximately the same from my limited point of view (having mostly done Col modding, and not Civ).

Do you have Beyond The Sword? That includes "Fall From Heaven", a user mod that is fantasy-themed, and excellent.
