In my last game an AI made a WoI just about the same time as me. I can not ask him to join me but he can. I've got that standard civ request to join him in his war (and I'm in war with his king if I accept). I can ask the AI to make peace with the king for a certain amount of money. He takes the money but doesn't make peace.
This needs fixing.
Also the military king AI is pretty dumb. First he throws a couple of soldiers on my inland fortress. As I get a 100% defense bonus (150% from fortress -50% because the king's troops get +50% city attack) it is needless to say what the outcome of those battles were. After that he shoot down defenses with his artillery. The next turn my dragoons wiped the floor with his artillery as he had suicided every other defenders.
