Reminded me a bit of the style used for the BtS intro.Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.

Me too. It's a sequence of short moments that tries to convey the whole period of the game. Civ3 - Play the World used the same style. Personally, I prefer intros that just try to set the scene like the coronation in Civ4, the crossing of the Atlantic in Colonization and the voyage of the Unity in Alpha Centauri.Originally posted by Heraclitus
