Search map for tile with XXXXX?

Is there a way to search the map for terrain squares that have XXXXX in it?
Or highlight all cells with special components (titanimun, fungus, petroleum, silica, etc...) in them?

In my first real game and would need to find some titanium (have the research done)

There is no way to do that to the best of my knowledge. However, there should be a map filter that will turn on little icons that show you such things. Turn it on and scan the discovered map.

Thank you - found the "Toggle map manu options" button (top-right is the worldap - in it's top-left is the option menu button) where I could turn on the "Yield icons".

Btw. found Titanium in the vicinity of my capital
