First turns stream

We will be starting and streaming the game at 7PM EST today at http://www.twitch.tv/demogamepresident. We're going to start out by playing the first 10 turns (unusual circumstances or popular pushback may reduce this number), using in-stream voting on questions of interest, before converting to the one-turn-per-session format.
