Civ 7 is fine, and it's getting better with every patch. It continues in the storied tradition of the franchise in that it really only becomes playable after the first expansion. it's probably the most playable Civ out of the box since civ 4.
I haven't really played much recently, as i've been playing Diablo 4, but started a new game with the new Gilgabro.I wasn't born with enough middle fingers.
